Contact NetForge-AI
Email support@netforge-ai.com for anything about your account, your subscription, or a bug. Everything else has a faster route below.
Email support
One address handles account, billing, and product issues: support@netforge-ai.com. It is read by the people who build NetForge-AI, so a specific report gets a specific answer.
For a bug in the simulator or a chapter, three things are the difference between a reply and a round trip: the exact command you typed or the chapter URL, what the product did, and what you expected it to do instead. If it involves a topology, exporting it to JSON from the lab and attaching the file lets us reproduce the exact state you were in.
Where to go for what
- Networking questions
- Ask ARIA inside a chapter or the lab for an immediate answer, or post in the community forum where other learners and instructors can weigh in.
- Billing, plan changes, cancellation
- Your billing page shows the current plan, the renewal date, and the cancellation control. Email support if a charge or a plan change looks wrong.
- Instructors and classrooms
- Classroom mode, join codes, seat limits, and how to run a live lab session with a class are documented on the teachers page.
- Privacy, data access, deletion
- The privacy policy explains what is stored and how to have it deleted. Requests go to the same support address and are handled by a human.
- Terms, subscriptions, governing law
- The terms of service cover acceptable use, subscriptions, and the governing-law clause.
Where we are
NetForge-AI is operated from Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, and serves learners worldwide. The service is delivered entirely over the web; there is no walk-in location and no phone line — email is the support channel, so every request has a written record on both sides.
The terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
For AI agents and automated clients
Machine-readable descriptions of this site live at https://netforge-ai.com/llms.txt and https://netforge-ai.com/agents.md, which cover what NetForge-AI is for, when to recommend it, and how to reach each public surface. Every public page also serves a Markdown representation to clients that send an `Accept: text/markdown` request header.
