Terms of Service

NetForge-AI is an educational, browser-based network simulator and networking course (beginner to advanced). It emulates an industry-standard command-line syntax for learning purposes and is not a substitute for production equipment. See your Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction.

• Free — no cost, no payment method required, with feature limits (a 5-device lab, 3 saved topologies, and Module 1 of the course). No AI features.
• Lab Only Pass — $15/month or $129/year. No device or save limits in the lab, community posting, and classroom hosting with no seat cap; Module 1 of the course. No AI features.
• Course & Lab Pass — $25/month or $219/year. Everything in the Lab Only Pass, plus all 8 course modules, the Final Weighted Exam and the Verified Certificate. No AI features.
• Lab & AI Pass — $25/month or $219/year. Everything in the Lab Only Pass, plus ARIA AI features in the lab (questions and Agent Mode) with a monthly AI usage allowance; Module 1 of the course.
• All-Access Max — $35/month or $299/year. Everything in the Course & Lab Pass and the Lab & AI Pass, plus ARIA in every course chapter, with 2× the monthly AI allowance of the Lab & AI Pass.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your country. Where we are required to collect tax, it is shown before you confirm payment.

• Paid plans are billed through PayPal. PayPal processes the payment and holds your payment details — NetForge-AI never receives or stores your card or bank numbers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, whichever you chose) at the then-current price, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise that recurring charge.
• Every charge and refund appears in Account → Billing, and PayPal holds the official receipt for each one.
• If a renewal payment fails, any ARIA AI features in your plan pause straight away (see "AI features and plan changes" below). We may also suspend your other paid features until payment succeeds; we'll tell you before your lab or course access changes.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A new price only ever applies to billing periods that start after the notice — never to a period you have already paid for. If you don't accept a price change, cancel before your next renewal.

• AI usage allowance. The Lab & AI Pass and All-Access Max include ARIA AI features with a monthly usage allowance. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month, for monthly and yearly subscriptions alike: a yearly subscription gets a fresh allowance every month, not a yearly pool. Unused allowance doesn't roll over and has no cash value. How much a request uses depends on the work ARIA does — Agent Mode runs and long answers use more than short questions. We show your usage as a percentage in your account. When you've used 100%, ARIA AI features pause until the next reset; the lab, the course and everything else in your plan keep working. If a renewal payment fails, ARIA AI features pause from that failure until a payment goes through; the lab, the course and the rest of your plan stay available while PayPal retries the payment. All-Access Max includes 2 times the monthly allowance of the Lab & AI Pass. We may temporarily limit unusually heavy use to keep the service responsive — for example, ARIA can pause until 00:00 UTC after a very heavy day of requests. The Free plan, the Lab Only Pass and the Course & Lab Pass do not include ARIA AI features. We may change the AI models that power ARIA. We will not reduce a plan's allowance during a billing period you have already paid for; a lasting reduction is a plan change that gets the same 30 days' notice as a price change.
• Plan changes. You can switch between paid plans, or between monthly and yearly billing, from Account → Billing. The change takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Until then you keep your current plan, and nothing is charged or refunded when you request it. Moving from the Free plan to a paid plan starts when PayPal activates your subscription.
• Technical limits. "Unlimited" devices and saved topologies means no limit tied to your plan. Technical limits apply on every plan: a topology can be saved, shared or imported with up to 1,000 devices and 4,000 cables, a saved topology can be about 500 KB, and you can have 50 active share links.

• You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason, from Account → Billing. Cancelling takes effect immediately as far as future charges are concerned: you will not be billed again.
• You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on day 2 of a paid month leaves your plan active for the rest of that month; cancelling a yearly plan leaves it active until the renewal date. Your account then moves to the Free plan automatically, and AI features end at the same time.
• Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. Your account, course progress, and saved topologies remain; features beyond the Free plan's limits simply become read-only or unavailable until you subscribe again.
• Because you keep the time you paid for, we do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period, except where refund rights are granted to you by law (for example statutory withdrawal or consumer-protection rights in your country), or where we have charged you in error.
• If we refund your most recent payment in full, or a payment is reversed through a dispute or chargeback, your paid access ends at that point and the subscription is cancelled, so you are not billed again. Nothing you built is deleted, and your account moves to the Free plan.
• Deleting your account cancels any active subscription at the same time.
• Think a charge is wrong? Email support@netforge-ai.com before opening a dispute — we'll look into it and put right anything we got wrong.

We may offer trials, promotional pricing, or complimentary access at our discretion. Unless stated otherwise, a trial converts to a paid subscription at the standard price when it ends unless you cancel first, promotional pricing applies only for the period stated and then reverts to the standard price, and complimentary access can be withdrawn at any time (it is not a purchase and is not refundable).

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms — for example abuse of the service or attempts to bypass entitlements. If we terminate a paid account for a breach, we may withhold a refund for the remaining period. If we discontinue a paid plan entirely, or terminate your account for a reason that isn't your breach, we will refund the unused portion of what you have paid.

Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to bypass the entitlements or rate limits of the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Command output and protocol behavior are simulated for instruction. While we aim for fidelity to real-world device behaviour, always verify against real equipment and official documentation before relying on it. NetForge-AI is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any networking vendor or certification body. All product names, protocols, and standards referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive, educational purposes only.

NetForge-AI and its content — the course material, lab engine, interface, branding, and code — are owned by NetForge-AI or its licensors. Your account gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of the platform or its content beyond what is necessary for your own learning.

You own the topologies, configurations, and community posts you create. By saving or posting them on NetForge-AI, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the service (for example, rendering a shared topology or showing a community post). You can delete your content at any time; deletion removes it from the live service, though cached or backup copies may persist briefly.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, NetForge-AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
